Our founder Michelle Gjersoe was one of the first talent consultants to work extensively in-house with start-ups and scale-ups. Her expertise is the foundation on which The Search Group is built.
Michelle is a champion of executive talent and hiring success within high-growth, product-led businesses. Working closely with the Board and C-Suite, Michelle focuses on disrupting existing industry standards to ensure that our team deliver outstanding talent, service and insight to transform businesses through aligned talent introductions. As a recognised Executive Coach, Michelle offers a unique coaching approach to both clients and candidates throughout the search process. Currently helping to transform some of today’s brightest start-ups and established high-growth businesses in Tech.
